In our opinion, the right contractor shows up on time, listens to your needs, evaluates your ideas, and makes professional suggestions to put it all into motion. The contractor should then give you the total cost of implementing these plans, while making sure there will be no surprises at the end of the project. A fair price for services rendered should be the contractor’s goal. Properly implementing this plan must include constant communication with you regarding schedule and any necessary field changes or modifications. Lastly, the contractor should bill you as promised while at least meeting – if not exceeding – your expectations.
